Writer
Anna, previously a freelance copywriter and editor for Clemenger BBDO and George Patterson Y&R, produces clear, engaging prose for campaign collateral and internal documents for a diverse range of clients. She has recently completed a PhD in Design History at Monash University.
Kate Williams

Kate has worked extensively in recruitment in London and has spent many years working with senior business leaders South America, teaching business English and writing CVs and covering letters.
Hugo Gray
Writer
Hugo holds an MA in Creative Writing from UTS Sydney, a Bachelor of Media and Communications from Macquarie University and was schooled at Cranbrook. He also works as Editor-in-Chief of an influential industry magazine.

Troy has fifteen years of experience leading creative teams working across a range of different media and ensuring standards are impeccably adhered to.
Nick Hurley
Managing Partner
Nick has been leading Executive Agents for over seven years. With a background in portfolio management at JPMorgan, Nick holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, an MSc from Imperial College London, a BEng with first-class honours from Monash University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jessica is a published author and has worked across the public and private sectors in Australia, New Zealand and South America. She holds an MSc with distinction in Psychology and has previously worked as a Clinical Psychologist at The Alfred in Melbourne.
Tracy Dernedde

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Publishing and has a passion for creating beautifully written pieces of art. She’s the author of several novels and has experience in the hospitality, retail and education sectors.

Naomi brings almost 18 years of experience in sales, administration and executive assistant roles. She has previously worked as a projects administrator for a Sydney-based IT staffing company and as an EA to the CEO of a Brisbane-based oil and gas company.
