Video Interview and Analysis Service
The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic combined with rapid advancements in AI technology has led to the emergence of video interviewing and automated computer-based analysis of video responses. Whilst such technology is yet to become mainstream, it is likely to become far more prevalent in coming years as it offers many benefits to hiring companies:
- More can information can be gleaned from talent using video than just via phone.
- Video interviewing is more meritocratic, it allows every applicant to submit a video to showcase their personality and communication ability and not just those who get through based solely on the written resume.
- Using AI to filter out applicants is far cheaper than human labour.
- It is less likely to attract time wasting applicants.
Whilst detailed analysis and AI parsing of responses is yet to become mainstream, LinkedIn™ Jobs has offered a video recording as an optional part of job submissions on its platform for a couple of years now.

Preparation of interview questions
We will create a list of interview questions applicable to the job. If you don’t have specific role to interview for, we can prepare generic questions.

Log onto online interview platform
Log in and test your camera, sound and lighting.
Step 4
Record responses to each question
You are give one minute to think and prepare your response to each question. You are then given typically one minute to record your response.
Step 5
AI Analysis
AI technology assesses your responses for professionalism, positive attitude, communication and sociability by analysing content, structuring, vocabulary, tone of voice, facial expression and appearance.
Step 6
Report sent to you
We send across an analysis report breaking down your score and providing explanations.
