Interview Coaching: Three Sessions
Most people walk out of an interview knowing they answered badly and unable to say why. Three 60-minute sessions, each a full mock interview run by two of our practitioners and recorded, so you see and hear exactly how you come across and fix it before it counts.
Session 01: Baseline and diagnosis
We review the role, the organisation and the likely interviewers, then run a full interview and record it without coaching you first. It gives us an honest starting point rather than a rehearsed one. Most people find this the most uncomfortable hour of the process, and the most useful.
Session 02: Rebuilding the answers that matter
Every interview turns on four or five answers: why you are leaving, the gap or the short tenure, the project that did not work, the results you cannot fully claim, and why this role now. We rebuild those until they are specific, honest and defensible under follow-up, then run them again.
Session 03: Full pressure test
A complete interview against the real role, with interruptions, scepticism and the questions you hoped would not come. We then review the recording line by line, on content and on delivery: pace, hedging, filler, eye line, and what you do in the silence.
What is included
Three 60-minute sessions, recorded, and the recordings are yours to keep. The Interview Preparation Workbook, which you complete online before session one and we work from throughout. Sessions run in person in Melbourne or online anywhere in Australia. Price includes GST.
If you are preparing for a board, chair or C-suite process, the executive programme adds a three-interviewer panel simulation and a written assessment against the selection criteria.
